1. Choose your portrait option

Select the format that fits your needs: digital portrait, 8x10 print, or 11x14 print. You can choose the memorial style that feels right for your pet and your home.

2. Upload your pet photo

Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and eyes are visible. Face-forward photos usually create the strongest result, but a meaningful favorite photo can work beautifully too.

3. Add personalization details

Share your pet's name, optional memorial dates, tribute message, and any designer notes. These details help shape the final artwork into something personal and comforting.

4. Review your proof

Before final delivery, we prepare a digital proof for review. One gentle revision round is included for small wording or design adjustments.

5. Receive your keepsake

After approval, your finished portrait is delivered according to the format selected at checkout. Digital files are delivered electronically; print options are prepared for shipment.
